BIBKO® - RECYCLING SYSTEM TYPE DOUBLEX
This system has been developed for the recycling of two different products. concrete/mortar or mortar/concrete.
The system Doublex is based on the system type ComTec.
The machine incorporates two separate material recycling chambers and separate recycling water systems.
It offers reduced investment and operational costs as two products are recycled in one system.

- Processing of two materials in one recycling system
- Both materials are kept separate while processed in only one recycling system
- Totally separated water loop and reuse increases productivity
- Separate feeding hoppers, wash chambers ant water overflows
- One drive for the entire system as well as only one electrical control unit
- Reduced foot print compared to two separate systems
- Reduced costs of power due to only one drive
Washing capacity:
- for mortar or anydrite: 4, 8 and 12 m³/h
- for residual concrete: 6, 10 and 20 m³/h
